WHY:  Over the years our community has experienced very harsh economic challenges, limited access to capital, deprived of opportunities for start-up businesses to strive, in any competition. We've had only a few choices to enjoy affordable home-baked goods.

 

Plenty of Fast-food chains serving low-quality commercially prepared foods and profited hugely off of our residents, In addition to other non-community-based entities, which provided meager employment opportunities low wages which failed to support growth and profitability for the small businesses and residents of the community.

Sweet Eddie J's believes that it is time to implement a sound economic plan to enable consumers and employees alike to re-experience quality food products and service... a value appreciated and enjoyed by everyone. This value is known as MAXIMUM QUALITY. As the producer of quality fresh baked goods, we believe firmly that a community being deprived of fair economic competition to compete stagnated both money-making opportunities and quality values for an excellent homemade new baked goods. We will continue to support and encourage fair competition to restore the economic importance of both job creation and productivity of quality and affordable home-baked goods within our communities.

 

INCEPTION: From 1967,  Edward James Brewer, have worked in the service sector for many eating establishments to learn cooking and baking. My experience stands today at 51 years of cooking, and concerning those years, the last 35 years dedicated to baking products I love. I found most of these products to have a common interest with other people who love and miss the same quality level of fresh home-baked goods. This quality level is in high demand and should be nurtured back to health by both job inception and demand fulfillment. Sweet Eddie J's will be a valued tool for teaching and learning on many platforms. Commitment to these values should be protected and maintained to assure better growth, both inwardly and outwardly.
